Emma has 15 yrs experience in HR and management. Having held senior positions in hospitality, distribution, warehousing, public sector and the insurance industry Emma understands the challenges employers face when it comes to managing people as well as the time and effort it takes to provide the right environments for employees to thrive.
Providing a variety of HR services to many small businesses Emma's knowledge, experience and skills in recruitment, onboarding, employment disputes, employment contracts, policies and procedures, performance management, disciplinary and grievances and redundancy is invaluable to business owners who want to focus on running their business.
Emma has also been involved in many change and transformation projects over the years with larger businesses which provide her with experience in managing projects for culture, strategy, systems and processes. Emma is familiar and has worked with project management principles, traditional and agile.
